		<description>I think there is little doubt that political bloggers can artificially raise the rankings of some key articles prior to the election.  The blog spearheading the thing, MyDD, meets all your criteria.  It is one of the most popular blogs on the Internet and includes multiple postings every day.

I just don&#039;t think the fact that they are able to get a negative story into the top 10 results for some Senators name is going to have any impact on the election whatsoever.</description>
