		<description>Rohit - thanks for the comment. I think you are right: someone running a search engine campaign for a client probably has a very good grasp on the keyword environment around the client&#039;s products.  For these folks, Gogle Trends is a pretty powerful tool.

But I think the data produced is practically meaningless if marketers without this understanding are going to just blindly type in xbox vs playstation type of comparisons.</description>

All great points.  Just like searching, the utility of this tool comes down to the quality of your terms and the ability of the trend seeker to account for all key possibilities.  In that sense, the skills required to use Google Trends are probably very similar to those needed when crafting a list of keywords to advertise for in Google Adwords.</description>
