I would love to hear your opinions on Edward’s politics – particularly his tech views.

I think the invitation was a win for you and a win for Edwards campaign. You got access to a new world and Edwards got coverage from a part of the blogosphere that normally doesn’t cover about politics. Good for both parties.

I hope other campaigns give you access. To me, your foray into politics would really get interesting if you are exposed to people other than Edwards.

I was there just to cover the campaign. I rode along with the Washington Post and LA Times. I didn’t get into policy questions. There are plenty of other places to learn about what his views on things are (although I’d be happy to give my opinions of them, if you’d like).
