		<description>I asked a couple of my friends at an Election Night party about this, and most hadn&#039;t heard of it, and those with iPhones had not used it.

When asked why he didn&#039;t use the call feature even though he had the application, one friend replied, &quot;I didn&#039;t want to annoy people anymore than I already do about Obama.&quot;</description>
