Her tool looks more coherent and like an actual web application. Obama's has some rough edges and confusion. For example, what are do the white dots on the map represent? Should you click on those instead of the state? A nice addition from Clinton is the reminder e-mail. That helps a support who may have forgotten they intended to makes calls. I suppose you could also put together a scheduling module to prevent the tool from getting swamped under stress. I too give Clinton the edge.
