		<description>I too give Clinton the edge. Her tool looks more coherent and like an actual web application. Obama&#039;s has some rough edges and confusion. For example, what are do the white dots on the map represent? Should you click on those instead of the state?

A nice addition from Clinton is the reminder e-mail. That helps a support who may have forgotten they intended to makes calls. I suppose you could also put together a scheduling module to prevent the tool from getting swamped under stress.</description>
